About the Role
You will build the deal-desk function and operating model from the ground up. You will review and route deals, advise on pricing and contract terms, connect sales, finance, security, and legal stakeholders, administer Salesforce and CPQ tools, create approval workflows, and train sales on deal-desk policies and systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Deal Desk or Sales/Revenue Operations experience
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Understanding of deal-desk policy design, systems administration, and deal review
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash workflows, CPQ tools, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of contract structures, licensing and pricing models, and revenue recognition principles
- Experience building approval workflows, discount guidelines, and templates
- Cross-functional communication skills across sales, finance, and legal
Responsibilities
- Review deal requests for completeness and policy compliance
- Advise sales teams on pricing, custom terms, and non-standard contract options
- Connect sales, finance, security, and legal stakeholders through internal deal reviews
- Administer the deal-desk technology stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, quoting, and contract tools
- Design approval workflows, discount guidelines, and order-form templates
- Train sales teams on pricing policy, deal structuring, systems, and templates
