About the Role
Grow the affiliate network across the CIS region by attracting KOLs, influencers, trading schools, and other partners; build relationships, analyze performance, monitor markets, and collaborate with product teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Experience in affiliate or business development roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new affiliates, including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools
- Build and maintain partner relationships aligned with business objectives
- Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users
