About the Role
You will acquire, advocate for, and retain high-volume options traders. You will build prospect pipelines through generated and outbound channels, identify useful external partnerships, and develop approaches for increasing options volume. You will demonstrate AI Agents, API access, and options tools, engage with trader communities, and relay market feedback to product and engineering. You will work independently with significant autonomy while operating within regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a premier consumer finance or capital markets organization
- Series 7, Series 4, and/or Series 63/66, or an immediate path to completion
- Hands-on expertise in single-leg and multi-leg options strategies, spreads, volatility, and options-trading mechanics
- Track record of sales or direct customer acquisition success
- Experience delivering business outcomes within regulatory compliance constraints
- Ability to build client-acquisition processes from scratch
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to represent the firm and speak publicly in options-trader communities
- Intellectual curiosity
- Active Public membership and options trading
