About the Role

You will own a portfolio of 20 to 30 high-potential customer relationships from handoff through production launch and ongoing growth. You will drive activation, remove blockers, deepen adoption of Privy and Bridge/Stripe products, lead renewals and commercial discussions, identify expansion opportunities, and bring customer feedback and portfolio insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a solutions or implementation role.
  • Experience in developer tools, fintech, crypto, or infrastructure is preferred.
  • Track record of driving customer activation, go-live, or adoption milestones.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead commercial conversations on renewals, pricing, and upsells.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical product curiosity.
  • Ability to manage 20–30 accounts.
  • Passion for crypto, stablecoins, or developer infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating customer-driven feature requests with product and engineering teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models is preferred.
  • Experience driving multi-product adoption within a single account is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the journey from signed customer to production launch.
  • Drive customer activation, urgency, and blocker removal.
  • Expand adoption of Privy and Bridge/Stripe products.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with 20 to 30 high-potential accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and proactive outreach.
  • Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify churn risk and mobilize internal resources to address it.
  • Drive pricing conversations and close expansion deals.
  • Partner with sales on customer handoffs and own post-sale relationships.
  • Represent customer feedback internally and coordinate engineering buildout requests.
  • Contribute to product roadmap prioritization.
  • Report portfolio health metrics, usage trends, and insights to leadership.
