About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting partners in achieving their business goals while collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing payments professional.
• Experience managing and developing B2B client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Adaptability, client-centric mindset, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on growth and delivering value.
• Knowledge of crypto processing is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Fluent English; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring accurate CRM records.
• Develop understanding of client business models to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain account plans outlining strategies, success metrics, and risk management.
• Lead client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Enhance account management processes and client communication standards.
• Provide structured client feedback to Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
