About the Role
You will manage and grow relationships with Belgian and international merchants. You will deliver payment insights, identify expansion opportunities, lead commercial discussions, manage projects across accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or merchant-side payments
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
- Ability to conduct spreadsheet analysis and technical payment discussions
- Domestic and international travel availability
Responsibilities
- Onboard and grow customers while improving satisfaction and reducing churn
- Drive commercial discussions and pursue strategic and financial targets
- Prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts
- Analyze payment data and participate in technical payment discussions
- Collaborate with account managers across industries
- Help optimize processes and scale the portfolio
