About the Role

Build and manage enterprise accounts across Spain, identify opportunities for conversational AI, lead complex consultative sales cycles, develop account strategies, navigate procurement processes, and advise senior decision-makers on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents. Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Requirements

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
Proven success closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Established senior enterprise network in Spain and strong executive presence
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Spain
Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
Passion for voice and audio AI
Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish
Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration

Responsibilities

Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Spain
Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI solutions
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice technology into business value
Develop and execute enterprise account strategies and navigate complex procurement structures
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion
Advise senior leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
