About the Role
Build and manage new accounts across North Asia, identify conversational AI opportunities, understand customer use cases and competitive solutions, and develop expertise in conversational AI and voice technology.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in or willingness to learn voice and audio AI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English and Chinese fluency
- Understanding of business, cultural, and buying nuances across Southeast Asia and Greater China
- Experience selling across multiple Asian markets
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
- Identify business opportunities where conversational AI can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Develop an understanding of the conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
- Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and voice technology and communicate its value to customers
