About the Role

You will own the technical sales process for enterprise prospects, from the first demo through a signed deal. You will build tailored voice and chat demonstrations, design scalable solution architectures, integrate customer systems, address security and compliance needs, and help improve internal solutions-engineering practices. You will also represent the role at client sites and events, with 20–30% travel.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally at a SaaS vendor.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
• Deep experience with contact center technologies, including CCaaS or UCaaS, VoIP, telephony, call flows, and voice and chat design.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise technology stacks including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience integrating and maintaining APIs.
• Working understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and design.
• Ability to present credibly to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-own accounts and sales campaigns with assigned sellers and lead technical deal stages.
• Build tailored voice and chat demos and proof-of-value experiences.
• Demonstrate integrations with customer systems and establish technical feasibility.
• Design scalable solution architectures and address data security and compliance requirements.
• Bring customer needs into product roadmap discussions.
• Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
• Represent the company at client on-sites, external events, and company gatherings.
