About the Role
Build and manage new accounts across industries, identify opportunities for conversational AI, develop expertise in customer use cases and competitive solutions, explain the value of voice technology, sell technical solutions, build stakeholder relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets across Asian markets.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in or willingness to learn voice and audio AI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Understanding of business, cultural, and buying nuances across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
- Experience selling across multiple Asian markets, especially Southeast Asia or ASEAN.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of new accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI solutions.
- Understand the conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
- Explain voice technology use cases and value across support, virtual agents, and assistants.
- Sell technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Meet revenue goals and sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
