About the Role

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Blockaid's on-chain security solutions, from prospecting through closing, renewals, and upsells. Build executive relationships, drive technology adoption, maintain pipeline health, and collaborate with product, engineering, partners, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives.
  • Track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.
  • Self-starter able to execute new ideas autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
  • Success creating long-term account strategies and driving technology adoption.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, dashboards, and reports.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer pain points into value-driven solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and customer requests concurrently.
  • Cross-functional selling experience with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers is a bonus.
  • Based on the US East Coast, in EST, or nearby; other time zones may be considered based on proximity to EST.
  • Must have legal work authorization without visa sponsorship; the role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the sales process from prospecting through negotiation, closing, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
  • Clearly articulate how Blockaid's solutions address prospect needs.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Drive technology adoption and develop account strategies that deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Partners, and ISVs.
  • Provide prospect feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting.
  • Track and optimize sales campaigns and processes.
  • Represent Blockaid professionally and respond with urgency.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.
