About the Role
You will own relationships with strategically important startup customers and help them build successfully with APIs. You will develop account plans, manage revenue targets and forecasts, analyze account metrics, and coordinate technical engagements. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, synthesize customer feedback, monitor the startup landscape, and support recruiting and onboarding.
Requirements
- 8+ years selling platform-as-a-service, cloud, or API products
- Experience in or around the startup ecosystem
- Experience supporting the growth and product development of fast-growing companies
- Experience working with C-level executives and startup founders
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to gather and process market intelligence
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of startup accounts and execute comprehensive account plans
- Partner with solutions architects to drive technical engagements
- Own consumption revenue targets and manage revenue forecasts
- Analyze account metrics and provide stakeholder insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Synthesize startup feedback to improve the customer experience
- Monitor industry and startup landscapes and contribute to corporate strategy
- Support teammate recruitment and onboarding
