About the Role
You will own the full sales lifecycle with new and existing customers, connect with key stakeholders, and implement blockchain intelligence into customer workflows. You will create and execute strategic territory plans, nurture relationships to drive renewals and expansions, gather and prioritize customer feedback, and close high-value deals while managing a large volume of accounts.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS products, or 4 years with expert domain and consulting experience
- Experience with virtual currencies, applications, and their use in financial networks
- Strong knowledge of crypto-native organizations, workflows, procurement processes, and organizational structures
- Strong customer-facing presentation and listening skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior executives
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory framework
- Ability to operate a large volume of rapidly developing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative skills
- Adaptable and autonomous with high ownership
Responsibilities
- Connect with current and new key stakeholders to identify needs and decision makers
- Spearhead implementation of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows
- Own, plan, and execute activities to nurture client relationships, referrals, renewals, upsells, and expansions
- Create and execute strategic plans for your territory to meet revenue and churn metrics
- Hone product and vertical subject matter expertise to support demos, trials, and advisory sessions
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and champion it internally
- Develop a roster of customers who refer prospects and champion the product
