About the Role
You will own end-to-end management of Fortune 500 customer accounts. You will build C-suite relationships, manage account P&L and ARR goals, lead customer engagements, coordinate solution deployment and adoption, and advocate for customer needs with product stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience driving enterprise sales and selling technology to enterprise accounts
- AI proficiency
- Experience owning significant revenue outcomes or P&L responsibility
- Solution-selling expertise
- Executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture C-suite relationships with Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels
- Own enterprise accounts and manage critical C-suite stakeholders
- Own account P&L, including revenue and cost of sales
- Achieve ARR targets through retention, expansion, and account planning
- Lead assigned enterprise accounts and coordinate delivery stakeholders
- Orchestrate platform deployment, adoption, transformation roadmaps, and change management
- Champion solutions internally and externally
- Prioritize customer feedback and requests with the Product team
- Articulate the value proposition to drive customer conviction
