About the Role
You will manage and grow customer accounts from initial engagement through deployment, expansion, and renewal. You will generate pipeline, manage revenue forecasts, analyze account metrics, and work with technical and cross-functional stakeholders on complex customer programs.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and execute comprehensive account plans
- Support accounts through deployment, expansion, and renewal
- Develop new and existing accounts through pipeline generation, discovery, evaluation, and adoption
- Partner with solutions and research engineering on customer programs and projects
- Own a revenue target and manage revenue forecasts
- Analyze account metrics and provide stakeholder insights
- Monitor the industry landscape and contribute to product and corporate strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support teammate recruitment and onboarding
