About the Role

You will own customer relationships, lead onboarding, manage renewals and expansions, maintain customer health and forecast data, gather feedback, and provide training and strategic guidance on platform adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management in SaaS or developer tools
• Experience expanding product usage and managing renewal risk
• Track record of meeting renewal and expansion targets
• Experience using product-led signals and direct selling
• Pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-closing experience
• Ability to sell technical value to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot
• Data analysis experience, particularly product usage data
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle or technical workflows

Responsibilities

• Execute renewal processes and drive expansions
• Own relationships for an assigned customer portfolio
• Lead customer onboarding programs
• Guide customers through platform features
• Maintain customer health scores and renewal forecasts in HubSpot
• Gather and communicate customer feedback
• Provide ongoing customer training, support, and strategic guidance
