About the Role

Own the New York workplace experience, including office logistics, vendor management, facilities, space planning, events, VIP visits, onboarding, communications, and process improvement. This is a fully in-office role based in SoHo.

Requirements

• Based in New York and able to work in the office five days a week.
• Strong operational expertise managing the day-to-day running of a high-visibility office.
• Experience working with building management, vendors, office maintenance, and supplies.
• Strong communication skills with executives, legal partners, vendors, and office guests.
• Ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved processes.
• Experience planning office-wide events and negotiating with vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the office and welcome guests.
• Lead onboarding and support office culture through food, beverage, social, and perk programs.
• Manage daily workplace logistics including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping.
• Own vendor relationships from contract negotiation through performance management.
• Partner with building management to maintain facilities and service standards.
• Manage space planning, floor plans, and seating charts.
• Coordinate internal and external events, hackathons, offsites, and all-hands meetings.
• Support visiting executives and clients with a high-touch experience.
• Improve local onboarding, manage office communications, and maintain workplace documentation and SOPs.
