About the Role
You will lead consulting and proof-of-concept projects related to Web3 wallets and stablecoin payment and remittance solutions. You will support the full-scale rollout of our products and platform solutions with clients. In this role, you will take ownership from solution proposal through to closing, building trust with clients while working as part of a leading Japanese web3 company to co-create new models for web3 business.
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience at a consulting firm
- At least one experience with promotion
- Experience in the Web3 or financial domain
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting and PoC projects related to Web3 wallets and stablecoin payments and remittances
- Support full-scale adoption of company products and platform solutions
- Own the process from solution proposal through closing
- Build trust-based relationships with clients
- Collaborate with clients and alliance partners to drive business forward
- Promote team members' growth while proactively leading projects
- Involve other teams to achieve results
- Quickly execute PDCA cycles
