About the Role
Lead consulting and proof-of-concept projects related to Web3 wallets and stablecoin payment and remittance solutions, supporting full-scale product and platform adoption while owning engagements from solution proposal through closing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience at a consulting firm
- At least one experience with promotion
- Experience in the Web3 or financial domain
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain-related projects is preferred
- Experience in new business planning or medium-term management planning is preferred
- Experience training newcomers or managing teams is preferred
- Business-level English is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting and PoC projects related to Web3 wallets and stablecoin payments and remittances
- Support full-scale adoption of company products and platform solutions
- Own the process from solution proposal through closing
- Build trust-based relationships with clients
- Collaborate with clients and alliance partners to drive business forward
- Promote team members' growth while proactively leading projects
- Involve other teams to achieve results
- Quickly execute PDCA cycles
