About the Role
You will proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and high-net-worth clients, growing the client franchise across the region. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their trading needs and offering tailored solutions across spot trading (OTC/API), options, and structured products. You will lead client meetings and deliver presentations, gather market and client feedback to help shape new product offerings, and drive the expansion of the client footprint through comprehensive user-mapping. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute growth initiatives, analyze competitor offerings, and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process. If you are a senior sales professional, you will also mentor junior team members, sharing your product expertise and work ethic.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the digital assets space
- Relevant financial markets experience in sales or wealth management is a plus
- Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organization skills
- Achiever who can translate strategy into plans, and plans into actions
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively facilitate client interactions and cross departmental collaboration
- Native-speaker or fluent in Mandarin is a plus

- Provide insights into the needs of target client segments while analyzing competitor product offerings
- Ensure clients receive exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process
- Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise and work ethic
