About the Role
You will lead commercial expansion across MENA, initially focusing on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will develop the regional go-to-market strategy, build the sales pipeline, establish executive and government relationships, secure commercial agreements and partnerships, and own regional revenue performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience building and scaling enterprise sales across the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Success selling complex technical solutions to enterprise, government, or sovereign customers
- Established network across regional enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners
- Experience leading strategic partnerships and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Commercial acumen in revenue targets, forecasting, and business planning
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build new markets independently
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the commercial strategy across MENA
- Build and manage the regional sales pipeline through contract execution
- Develop relationships with executives, government stakeholders, sovereign wealth funds, ministries, and enterprise customers
- Secure commercial agreements, pilot programmes, strategic partnerships, and pre-orders
- Identify high-value opportunities across industrial and public-sector markets
- Develop commercial business cases and ROI models
- Represent the organization at executive meetings, industry events, and customer engagements
- Incorporate customer feedback into product development and go-to-market strategy
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance
