About the Role
You will architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem across DACH. You will create strategic roadmaps with systems integrators, drive partner-led revenue, establish executive alignment, analyze partnership performance, and scale delivery capabilities through enablement. You will embed co-sell processes, lead business reviews, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and provide regional market feedback to product and engineering leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to discuss AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures
- Experience with LLM platforms is a plus
- Experience managing executive stakeholders
- Understanding of the DACH technology ecosystem
- Experience in fast-growing environments
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industries
- Business-fluent English and German
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across DACH
- Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with German Systems Integrators
- Drive co-selling, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion
- Orchestrate revenue targets, solution integration, and co-marketing programs
- Drive partner-led revenue generation and joint deal acceleration
- Establish executive alignment across partner networks
- Build analytical models for partnership health, ROI, and ecosystem value
- Scale systems-integrator delivery capabilities through enablement
- Embed co-sell rules, attribution frameworks, and deal-registration workflows
- Champion collaboration across Solution Architects, Enablement, Marketing, and Product
- Lead monthly business reviews with DACH leadership
- Provide DACH market feedback to Product and Engineering
