About the Role
You will own end-to-end relationships with fleet-operations partners across multiple markets. You will negotiate contracts and commercial terms, manage partner performance and compliance, evaluate new partners, lead onboarding and transitions, and build a scalable partnership playbook for fleet operations.
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic partnerships or outsourced vendor relationships end-to-end
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and contracts
- Experience holding partners accountable to KPIs or SLAs
- Experience managing partners that deliver a frontline operational workforce
- Ability to operate across multiple markets and time zones
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, vendor or outsourcing management, mobility, or operations
- Experience in mobility, autonomy, logistics, or a regulated industry is desirable
- Experience managing partners in Germany, Japan, or the US is desirable
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with external fleet-operations partners across the UK, Germany, Japan, and the US
- Resolve partner performance, capacity, and operating-model issues
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, renewals, and contractual compliance
- Lead partner reviews covering hiring, training, KPIs, and operations
- Source and evaluate new partners
- Lead partner onboarding, transitions, and offboarding
- Build a global fleet-operations partnership playbook and performance framework
- Support robotaxi operations on fleet-related partnership topics
