About the Role
You will research AI model services, chips, and infrastructure partners; assess commercial opportunities and risks; and design partnership approaches. You will coordinate technical validation and commercial negotiations, support contracts and service launches, track delivery and service quality, manage reconciliations, and develop long-term partner relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, strategic investment, corporate development, strategy consulting, business analysis, or related work
- Ability to understand models, chips, infrastructure technologies, and business models
- Financial and commercial judgment
- Experience with complex calculations, data verification, or business analysis is preferred
- Communication and project-driving skills
- Interest in AI, large language models, semiconductors, and AI infrastructure
- English research and communication ability
Responsibilities
- Research AI model-service, chip, and infrastructure ecosystems
- Assess partners' technical capabilities, product plans, cost structures, delivery capabilities, risks, and partnership value
- Develop analysis conclusions and recommendations for non-standard partnership opportunities
- Coordinate product testing, model adaptation, and performance validation
- Support pricing, usage, settlement, delivery-standard, and commercial-term negotiations
- Coordinate contract execution, technical integration, service launches, and project delivery
- Track service usage, delivery quality, operational stability, and project progress
- Manage contracts, data, cost calculations, reconciliations, and settlements
- Build and review strategic partner relationships and optimize partnership models
