About the Role

You will lead strategic partnerships across the semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem. You will align partner strategy with silicon roadmaps, negotiate commercial and licensing arrangements, coordinate cross-functional execution, and represent the company in executive meetings and industry forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, product management, or related roles
  • Understanding of foundry, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Commercial and negotiation skills involving partnership structures, licensing models, supply agreements, and joint development discussions
  • Technical fluency in AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure
  • Communication, presentation, and executive writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with semiconductor ecosystem partners
  • Develop an ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with silicon roadmaps and commercial priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve product execution, supply-chain resilience, cost structure, and market credibility
  • Coordinate technical requirements, commercial terms, program timelines, and partner deliverables across internal functions
  • Support licensing and partnership discussions with IP and EDA vendors
  • Evaluate partner capabilities across process technology, packaging, design services, verification, manufacturing readiness, and support
  • Develop relationships across advanced packaging, HBM, substrate, interposer, OSAT, and backend manufacturing ecosystems
  • Support capacity planning, cost transparency, technical enablement, production readiness, manufacturability, yield improvement, and delivery planning
  • Support joint marketing, executive briefings, customer events, press releases, partner announcements, and industry events
  • Prepare executive briefing materials, partnership proposals, negotiation positions, and internal alignment documents
  • Provide senior leadership with updates on partnership progress, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
