About the Role

You will set technology partner strategy, recruit and onboard partners, build partner programs, define integration roadmaps, structure commercial models, negotiate agreements, lead co-sell initiatives, own partner outcomes, and represent the organization with partners and at industry events. You will travel regularly to meet partners in person.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or partner business development in B2B technology
  • Experience building and scaling revenue-generating technology partner ecosystems
  • Experience designing partner programs or frameworks
  • Technical knowledge of AI infrastructure, model development workflows, and data pipelines
  • Experience leading joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements
  • Ability to work with startup and enterprise executives in multi-party deals

Responsibilities

  • Set technology partner strategy, segmentation, and prioritization
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard technology partners and ISVs
  • Build partner programs, frameworks, playbooks, onboarding, and enablement
  • Define partner integrations and prioritize the partner roadmap with Product and Engineering
  • Structure co-sell, co-build, resale, and referral partnership models
  • Work on agreements and processes with Legal, Revenue Operations, and Finance
  • Lead joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives
  • Define and own partner program metrics and outcomes
  • Advocate for partners internally and represent the organization in the partner ecosystem
  • Travel regularly for partner meetings and industry events
