About the Role
You will drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings across cloud providers, AI labs, ISVs, and SIs. You will build seller relationships, jointly plan and close migration opportunities, document successful co-sell plays, enable sellers, establish operating cadence, and hire field partner sellers when justified.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise technology sales and alliances
- 4+ years carrying or driving partner-sourced revenue with CSPs, ISVs, or SIs
- Experience co-selling in the field with cloud and partner account executives
- Knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, committed consumption, and customer outcomes
- Ability to build early-stage partner motions and prove value
- Knowledge of AI lab models and platforms, agent ecosystems, and token economics
- Ability to align sales, product, marketing, and partner field teams
- Existing relationships with cloud and partner field leaders in North America are preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings
- Build relationships with partner field sales leaders and account executives
- Identify cloud migration opportunities and co-sell them to close
- Run territory and account planning, joint calls, solution narratives, deal registration, and triangulated deals
- Turn lighthouse wins into quantified and reusable co-sell plays
- Enable Factory and partner sellers to co-sell
- Build cadence, dashboards, and joint business reviews
- Hire field partner sellers as revenue justifies headcount
