About the Role
You will define and execute global demand generation strategy, lead demand generation, field marketing, and ABM functions, and own pipeline targets. You will build integrated campaigns, partner with sales and marketing leaders, scale account-based marketing, measure funnel performance, and advise executive leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
- Experience leading global demand generation and field marketing organizations
- Success driving enterprise pipeline and revenue growth
- Expertise in account-based marketing and enterprise go-to-market strategies
- Experience building and scaling teams
- Operational, analytical, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global demand generation strategy
- Lead and develop Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and ABM functions
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets
- Build integrated campaigns across digital, events, paid media, executive programs, content, and partner marketing
- Partner with Sales leadership on enterprise pipeline generation
- Develop and scale account-based marketing strategy
- Lead field marketing across EMEA, North America, and APAC
- Establish funnel metrics, reporting, and forecasting
- Advise the CMO and executive leadership
