About the Role
You will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for Phoenix. You will own growth strategy across target user types and channels, deploy capital into scalable and measurable growth initiatives, and improve operational rigor throughout the go-to-market organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated rigor in written and verbal communication
- Ability and desire to gain context in a deeply technical domain
- Strong work ethic and high agency
- Ability to reason from first principles
- Hands-on experience in a go-to-market function
- Experience in systematic trading, exchanges, and crypto
- Experience managing and measuring user acquisition and marketing budgets
- Familiarity with perpetual futures, derivatives, and on-chain trading
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and execution for Phoenix across target user types and channels
- Deploy capital into scalable, sustainable, and measurable growth strategies, including marketing and incentives
- Raise operational rigor throughout the go-to-market organization
