About the Role
You will build and improve the Spain go-to-market for the Colombia corridor. You will develop community, partnership, creator, event, and paid-channel initiatives; work with organisations serving Colombians in Spain; analyse and improve the transfer funnel; and turn learnings into a repeatable playbook for future corridors.
Requirements
- Live in Madrid.
- Be a native or fluent Spanish speaker with working English.
- Be comfortable building a first market from zero in a small, fast-moving environment.
- Be comfortable with numbers, funnels, and experiments.
Responsibilities
- Run and improve the Spain go-to-market for the Colombia corridor across community, partnerships, creators, events, and paid channels.
- Reach and work with organisations that connect with Colombians in Spain.
- Track and improve the funnel from sign-up through first and repeat transfers.
- Work with Product and Operations to improve transfer conversion and retention.
- Share learnings to replicate the playbook in future corridors.
