About the Role
You will develop global growth strategies for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives. You will identify market opportunities, build partner relationships, translate user and market insights into product recommendations, support go-to-market initiatives, and improve growth performance using data.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, internet, crypto, Web3, or related industries
- Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience in growth, product operations, business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles
- Product and user strategy skills
- Partnership management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven decision-making
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Define and drive global growth strategies for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives
- Identify priority market and ecosystem opportunities with cross-functional partners
- Build and maintain relationships with industry participants and ecosystem partners
- Translate user needs and market trends into product and growth recommendations
- Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for new products and markets
- Translate RWA and asset-digitization insights into business and product opportunities
- Assess performance using data and user insights
- Drive cross-functional and cross-regional strategic initiatives
