About the Role
You will co-lead equity fundraising from Series B onward, manage an investor pipeline, shape fundraising materials, and structure non-dilutive and hybrid financing. You will originate, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances, link investor and partner opportunities, control executive access, and report deal progress to leadership and the board.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an investor at a leading venture or growth firm
- Fundraising experience with venture capital, private equity or growth equity, and strategic or corporate investors
- Senior-level relationships with strategic industrial, manufacturing, logistics, semiconductor, or compute partners
- Hands-on experience negotiating term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures, or commercial agreements with capital attached
- Active relationships with growth, crossover, and sovereign investors in the US and Europe
- 12+ years of experience across investing, corporate development, investment banking, startup finance, or business leadership
- Ability to defend financial models, valuations, and cap tables before an investment committee
Responsibilities
- Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward, including investor targeting, process management, term-sheet negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage an investor CRM and pipeline
- Cultivate long-term foundational investors
- Shape the equity story, including the deck, data room, model narrative, and diligence responses
- Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing, and customer-funded capacity
- Prepare the investor base and relationships needed for a public exit
- Originate, structure, and close strategic alliances
- Design commercial and capital deal structures, including strategic equity, joint ventures, co-development, and volume commitments
- Manage executive-level partner relationships after signing
- Map the strategic robotics and embodied-AI investment landscape
- Link investor conversations with partnership opportunities
- Prioritize leadership access for high-value conversations
- Report pipeline, forecasts, and deal status to leadership and the board
