About the Role
You will evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments, financing activities, and strategic partnerships. You will build financial models, conduct valuation and due-diligence analyses, develop investment theses, assess market opportunities, and present findings to executives and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital
- Financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience building company, merger, project-finance, or debt-financing models
- Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights
- Presentation and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects
- Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, capital raises, and partnerships
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, capital-structure analysis, and due diligence
- Evaluate acquisition, investment, and capital-raising opportunities
- Prepare business-case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations
- Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, capital markets, and market opportunities
- Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial and strategic counterparties
