About the Role
You will build and review financial analyses and valuation models, research companies and protocols, and assess business models and value drivers. You will prepare pitch and transaction materials, support live deals, and use AI tools to improve research and analysis workflows.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in crypto and investment banking
- Demonstrate analytical skills and foundational knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation
- Demonstrate familiarity with blockchain technology, token economics, and value accrual to companies, protocols, and tokens
- Manage competing deadlines with attention to detail
- Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029
- Be available to work on-site in New York City five days a week from June 7 through August 6, 2027
Responsibilities
- Build and review financial analyses and valuation models, including comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF, and merger models
- Research companies and protocols using public filings, earnings calls, industry research, and onchain data
- Map buyer and investor universes, analyze competitive landscapes, and assess business models and value drivers
- Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, teasers, and internal committee memos
- Support live deals through preparation, data room maintenance, and process tracking
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and analysis and develop AI-enabled workflows and agents
