About the Role
You will own finance for distribution and labs partnerships. You will build deal models, evaluate partnership proposals, design commercial frameworks, connect commitments to capacity planning, track performance, and help prioritize partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investing, and/or investment banking
- Understanding of product unit economics
- Financial modeling skills using raw usage and cost data
- Experience structuring commercial agreements
- Ability to analyze pricing precedent, channel conflict, capacity commitments, and margin
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive recommendations
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Responsibilities
- Build deal models for distribution and labs partnerships
- Evaluate partner proposals and recommend margin-protecting deal structures
- Own commercial frameworks including revenue-share tiers, capacity pricing, and rate cards
- Quantify partnership strategic value and direct economics
- Connect partner commitments and forecasts to capacity and GPU supply plans
- Track partnership performance after signing
- Own the partnerships forecast and contribution to the annual plan
- Advise Product and Partnerships leaders on partner prioritization and roadmap implications
