About the Role
You will own procure-to-pay systems and processes from solution design through production support. You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud and Zip implementation and optimization, design integrations and controls, support tax and payment processes, implement AI-first automation, and manage the long-term P2P roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise procure-to-pay systems and transformation experience
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables experience
- Direct and indirect procurement knowledge
- Zip or similar procurement intake and orchestration platform experience
- Cross-functional procure-to-pay implementation experience
- REST API, event, data-mapping, transaction-lifecycle, error-handling, and reconciliation knowledge
- Accounts payable accounting, accrual, financial-close, intercompany, foreign-exchange, prepayment, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation knowledge
- Indirect tax, payment, bank-integration, and cash-management knowledge
- AI agent, MCP, plugin, AI-enabled workflow, or AI-assisted development experience
- SQL, report, API, and log analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end procure-to-pay systems and processes
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables, Zip, and connected applications
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, integrations, and automation
- Drive procure-to-pay transformation initiatives
- Design and validate integrations, controls, monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery
- Support global tax, accounting, and financial-close requirements
- Own payment processes, bank integrations, payment-status monitoring, and settlement reconciliation
- Implement AI-first automation, internal tools, dashboards, and exception monitoring
- Lead testing, user acceptance testing, deployments, stabilization, and operational controls
- Own production support, continuous improvement, and the procure-to-pay roadmap
