About the Role
You will manage debt and equity fundraising processes, build financial models and investor materials, coordinate lenders and investors, and oversee post-close reporting. You will also evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions while automating recurring finance workflows with AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or infrastructure investing
- Financial modeling

Responsibilities
- Structure and close GPU and infrastructure debt financings
- Support equity fundraising from financial models through diligence and follow-ups
- Build operating models, lender cases, investor cases, decks, and memos
- Manage lender and investor relationships and next steps
- Track covenants, borrowing bases, and facility reporting requirements
- Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
- Track market terms for GPU and infrastructure financing
