About the Role
You will own analytical and structuring work for major supply transactions, capacity commitments, data-center opportunities, and strategic partnerships. You will build financial models covering unit economics, TCO, returns, risks, and scenarios; design deal structures; lead diligence; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; and track compute and infrastructure market trends.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership and external counterparties
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and build processes
- Interest in AI infrastructure and compute economics
Responsibilities
- Own analytical and structuring work for major supply transactions
- Build financial models for unit economics, TCO, returns, risks, and scenarios
- Develop recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across compute and infrastructure
