About the Role
You will lead financial and commercial diligence for major compute agreements. You will build and stress-test financial models, manage unit economics, negotiate deal terms, source new opportunities, track market pricing, and provide recommendations on capacity commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or project finance
- Expert financial modeling skills
- Experience executing or negotiating large transactions
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Data center, energy, compute, or infrastructure deal experience
- Exposure to neoclouds, hyperscalers, GPU OEMs, or colocation providers
- Experience in corporate or startup finance or BizOps after banking or private equity
Responsibilities
- Lead financial and commercial diligence for major compute deals
- Build and stress-test financial models
- Own unit economics for compute commitments
- Lead negotiations on capacity agreements
- Work with legal through agreement signature
- Source and manage new compute deals
- Track market pricing by GPU generation, region, and contract term
- Provide decision support on capacity commitments
