About the Role
You will advise companies, boards, financial sponsors, creditors, and governments on liability management transactions, recapitalizations, financings, distressed M&A, and restructurings. You will conduct capital structure analysis, review credit documentation, perform valuation, support multi-party negotiations, prepare client presentations, and interact with senior bankers and clients.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
