About the Role
You will develop custom pricing and incentive proposals for complex partnerships. You will design pricing targets and deal guardrails, improve pricing and approval processes, analyze portfolio and payments-market trends, and translate financial models into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models
- Commercial judgment across growth, margin, and deal risk
- Experience building relationships with senior leaders and presenting decision-shaping analysis
- Experience owning projects end to end
- Ability to build repeatable systems and use AI tools to scale work
Responsibilities
- Advise on complex deals by developing custom pricing and incentive proposals
- Design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails
- Build and refine processes for pricing and approving large deals
- Analyze pricing trends across the portfolio and payments industry
- Present complex models and recommendations to senior leadership
