About the Role
You will help build the investor relations function and manage relationships with the investment community. You will support roadshows, due diligence, earnings communications, market and shareholder analysis, investor targeting, and investor relationship records.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research experience
- Understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and GAAP
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with investor relations platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or CRM software
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Support public-company documentation requirements and sell-side analyst relationships
- Coordinate investor roadshows and conferences
- Manage investor and analyst due-diligence requests and materials
- Support quarterly earnings communications and presentation materials
- Develop consistent internal and external financial messaging
- Monitor sell-side research, consensus estimates, and competitor performance
- Maintain a list of relevant industry events
- Analyze shareholder ownership and trading trends
- Identify prospective institutional investors
- Maintain the investor relations CRM database
