About the Role

You will support management reporting, expense allocation, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across business lines and corporate functions. You will maintain financial models and recurring reporting, improve allocation processes and automated reporting pipelines, prepare management-ready materials, and use AI tools and Excel to accelerate analysis and streamline recurring work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience at a financial services company
• Excel skills
• PowerPoint skills
• Fluency with AI tools and tangible examples of using them to accelerate analysis or reporting
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and reconciliation skills
• Experience working with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve processes for allocating personnel and G&A expenses to business units
• Support reconciliation, data enrichment, and cost-center mapping
• Contribute to automated, governed management-reporting pipelines
• Support monthly and quarterly expense reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, and variance commentary
• Update and maintain weekly and quarterly P&L reporting streams
• Build and maintain financial models, schedules, and trackers
• Prepare management-ready materials in Excel and PowerPoint
• Support recurring revenue, cost, vendor, and infrastructure cost analysis
• Support annual business planning and forecast cycles by collecting and consolidating assumptions
• Use AI tools and Excel to accelerate analysis and automate recurring processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual work and improve data quality
