About the Role

You will contribute across the investment lifecycle, from thesis development and sourcing through diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring. You will assess businesses, markets, management teams, competition, financial returns, capitalization tables, and legal matters. You will research technology sectors, build relationships with companies and investors, prepare investment memoranda, present recommendations, and support internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technology investment banking, consulting, principal investing, or analytical experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Enthusiasm for technology and emerging business models
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative ability
  • Excel modeling skills
  • Relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business, market, management, competitive, financial and returns modeling, capitalization table, and legal due diligence
  • Research technology markets and identify investment opportunities
  • Build relationships with private companies, entrepreneurs, and investors
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present analysis and recommendations to the Investment Committee
  • Support internal processes and strategic initiatives
