About the Role
You will own and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in Northeast Asia, providing primary support for product queries, service escalations, and account needs. You will build client relationships, monitor trading behavior, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate issue resolution, support acquisition activities, maintain accurate records, and follow VIP service standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client services, private banking, wealth management, or financial sales
- Experience within an international financial institution is preferred
- Track record managing HNW or institutional client relationships end-to-end
- Familiarity with trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a strong plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in the Northeast Asia market
- Serve as the primary contact for client queries, escalations, and account needs
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach and regular check-ins
- Monitor client behavior and trading patterns
- Flag risks and opportunities to the wider team
- Coordinate with product, operations, and compliance teams to resolve issues
- Support client acquisition through events, campaigns, and referral programs
- Maintain accurate client records
- Contribute to weekly portfolio health reporting
- Execute VIP service standards and escalation protocols
