Vice President - Sales, Cross Border Payment Gateway Business

About the Role
You will drive end-to-end enterprise sales for the domestic market to enable global payment solutions for enterprises. You will identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise merchants across key sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, and healthcare. You will drive enterprise conversions and onboardings while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals. You will build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, leveraging your existing CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships to win new business. You will position Unlimit against competitors in both domestic and cross-border segments, and work closely with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within payments / fintech / banking
- Strong network and proven experience in selling to large enterprise merchants
- Deep understanding of the payment gateway operations in India; strong understanding of global payment methods and operations is a plus
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and managing long sales cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals
