About the Role
You will own digital asset liquidity and exchange-services operations and strategy across CLOB and RFQ systems. You will develop liquidity strategies, manage market makers and stablecoin issuers, oversee OTC operations and asset listings, monitor market quality, manage risks, analyze data, and report recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience in exchange, liquidity services, strategy, or liquidity operations leadership
- 5 to 8+ years of FinTech experience
- Direct experience in crypto or digital assets, preferably at a major crypto exchange
- Experience in trading, market making, or liquidity management across traditional financial markets and cryptocurrencies or stablecoins
- Experience building and scaling teams and processes from scratch
- Experience driving AI or major technology adoption in an operating business
- Strong market-maker and liquidity-provider relationship management experience
- Executive communication experience with C-suite and board-level audiences
- United States location and ability to travel to team hubs
- Location within a one-hour driving radius of a main office hub
Responsibilities
- Design and implement global CLOB and RFQ liquidity strategies
- Build and negotiate relationships with liquidity partners and market makers
- Lead liquidity-services operations and settlement optimization
- Manage OTC trading operations and execution
- Develop relationships with stablecoin issuers
- Develop markets for stablecoins and tokenized assets
- Manage asset catalogues and coordinate listing processes
- Monitor market depth, order-book quality, LP uptime, asset support, and volume
- Develop recurring liquidity reporting
- Identify and mitigate liquidity risks
- Analyze market data and present findings to senior management
- Ensure liquidity activities comply with regulations and AML requirements
