About the Role
You will oversee critical APAC trading operations. You will manage trading routes, automation, transaction controls, service providers, monitoring, and integrations; coordinate with trading, engineering, risk, and compliance stakeholders; and provide tools that improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues
- Knowledge of spot and derivatives markets
- OMS and EMS
- FIX, REST, and WebSocket APIs
- Blockchain fundamentals including wallets, custody, fees, and confirmations
- Risk management and security protocols
- Operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows
- Git
- Basic CI/CD
- KYC/AML, Travel Rule, market abuse surveillance, and licensing regimes
- Python
- SQL
Responsibilities
- Manage trading routes for efficiency and profitability
- Establish and maintain automation structures and routes
- Enforce transaction authorization policies and document trading processes
- Oversee operational tools and external service providers
- Implement automation, system integrations, and monitoring for market making and OTC derivatives
- Coordinate workflows between APAC trading, engineering, risk management, and compliance
- Provide operational tools that improve efficiency
