About the Role
You support annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles by preparing and validating data, modelling scenarios, maintaining salary structures, and coordinating sign-offs. You produce compensation analysis and presentation-ready reporting for executives and the board. You also support bonus plan reviews, Workday uploads, equity grant validation, patent premium tracking, job architecture, benchmarking, and pay equity modelling.
Requirements
- 4 years or more of Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards experience
- Advanced Excel
- Pivot tables
- Scenario modelling
- Audit-proof workbooks
- Large dataset management
- Radford or Mercer Comptryx experience preferred
- Job matching

- Workday experience preferred
- Fluent English
- French strongly preferred
- Experience supporting stakeholders outside France

Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate data for merit, performance, and bonus review cycles
- Build and maintain population files
- Track review timelines and flag data quality issues
- Model budget impacts, distribution curves, and outliers
- Produce auditable compensation analysis outputs
- Refresh salary structures and merit matrices using market data
- Coordinate data collection and sign-off workflows
- Prepare data pulls, analyses, and cross-checks for executive and board reporting
- Produce presentation-ready compensation tables and data panels
- Prepare slide decks for bonus plan design reviews
- Analyse employee data and refresh payout range models
- Update bonus plan documentation using AI tools
- Upload Workday data
- Prepare and validate equity grant lists
- Track patent premiums
- Support job architecture, market benchmarking, pay equity, and equity grant modelling
