About the Role
You will configure, maintain, and improve Workday and the broader People technology stack. You will gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, manage workflows and reporting, support releases and integrations, conduct testing, create training materials, and uphold data integrity and HR compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of hands-on HR technology experience
- Experience configuring, operating, troubleshooting, enhancing, and integrating Workday
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute in an ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Contribute to systems roadmapping and automation initiatives
- Partner with People Operations on data integrity and business-process builds
- Support and maintain Workday modules and the People technology stack
- Gather requirements and configure Workday solutions
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security, and reporting
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes and enhancements
- Support system upgrades, patches, and feature releases
- Build and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Support module rollouts, integrations, and business-process updates
- Create user guides and training materials
- Support system governance, data integrity, audits, and data privacy initiatives
