About the Role

You will serve as the dedicated people partner for a business division, translating business goals into practical people strategies. You will advise leaders, manage complex employee relations matters, lead workforce and organizational planning, support change initiatives, maintain HR data, process payroll, and ensure employment-law and policy compliance across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role
  • Experience supporting a technical, engineering-heavy, and manufacturing workforce
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Workday
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency, including workforce-data analysis, reporting, and formulas
  • Professional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain required export authorizations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leaders to develop and execute long-term people strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Champion an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance work environment
  • Identify and resolve complex people and organizational challenges
  • Lead employee investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Build productive relationships with site stakeholders and employees
  • Coach leaders on effective people management and frontline leadership capability
  • Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Support organizational capability building and change initiatives
  • Partner on organizational design, structure, roles, spans of control, and workforce alignment
  • Support change management and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Use people data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR processes
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting and analytics
  • Process employee payroll accurately
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence
  • Travel between multiple sites as needed
